The company Firma s.r.o., with its registered office at Hezká ulice 123, 978 65 Velkoměsto, registered with the Regional Court in Velkoměsto under file number C 12345, processes — in the case of responding to a query submitted via the contact form to an email address — the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

• telephone number,
• and email address

2. The name, surname, telephone number, and email address are necessary for responding to a query submitted via the contact form. These personal data will be processed by Firma s.r.o. for a period of 6 months.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by Firma s.r.o., as the data controller. However, the following processors may also process personal data on behalf of the company:
